Refund & Return Policy

At MaliBow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your package is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused, in good condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • The returned product must be physically received at our return address within 10 days of approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

After 24 hours, the order enters processing and can no longer be canceled.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at tomer@ecom.blue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on where and how to send your return.

Important Notes


  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Products not returned in their original packaging may receive a partial refund of 70%.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds cover the product cost only.

Additional charges such as expedited shipping, processing, or insurance fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at tomer@ecom.blue, including clear photo evidence.

We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns Due to Customer Remorse

If you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve your cancellation):


  1. You’ll be notified about the refund status.

  2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  3. Please allow 2–4 business days for the funds to appear on your account statement.

Haven’t Seen Your Refund Yet?

If you haven’t received your refund after several business days:


  1. Check your bank or card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — sometimes it takes extra processing time.

  3. If the issue persists, email tomer@ecom.blue to request an Authorization Number, which you can provide to your bank for tracking.
