Domestic & International Shipping Policy – MaliBow

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 5 PM (local time) on Friday will be processed the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods (such as sales or promotions), processing times may be slightly delayed.
If there’s a significant delay with your order, we’ll notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic orders: 7–10 business days
International orders: 10–14 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours after shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, MaliBow no longer has control over it.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
We strongly recommend:
Monitoring your tracking information regularly.
Ensuring a secure delivery location.
Contacting the delivery company directly if your package appears lost or misplaced.
Incorrect Addresses & Refused Deliveries
We verify addresses before shipping. If your address cannot be validated, we’ll contact you via email.
If the issue remains unresolved, your order will be canceled and refunded.
MaliBow is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at tomer@ecom.blue within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and assist with the investigation.
Replacements or refunds will be issued only after the carrier’s investigation is complete (which may take up to 21 business days).
Shipping Delays
During peak seasons or due to unforeseen supply chain disruptions, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for order processing.
